SUMMARY OF 0300 UTC...INFORMATION
-----------------------------------------------
LOCATION…NEAR 43.0N 2.1 W
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS...40 MPH...65 KM/H
MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE…1008 MB

WATCHES AND WARNINGS
-------------------------------
All High Wind Warnings in Spain have been lifted.

A High wind Warning remains in effect for Pyrénées Atlantiques and Landes in France. A High Wind Warning means that sustained winds of 40mph or higher are occurring or expected within six hours in the warning area.
Additionally, High Wave warnings are in effect for Getxo eastwards to the Spain/France border.

FORECAST
------------
The unnamed Subtropical Storm has been meandering along the Spanish coast for the last three hours, with a marked decrease in forward motion and a reversion back to an eastward heading. Despite being located mostly over land, recent satellite images suggest that the storm is still sustaining winds of 40mph or higher, and so the latest advisory reflects this. The storm is likely to begin moving inland near the Spain/France border, and dissipate rapidly over or near the Pyrenees Mountain Range.
